I've blogged about Stay Home Club before and their line of adorable and completely wearable apparel as well as illustrated goods. They've just released a new collection of pictures of people lazing about in and amongst their wares. It's not really a lookbook as such, more a set of comfortable & cozy images. Also, it's shot by one of my favourite photographers, Laurence Philemone.

Tamara Feijoo

I always have a soft spot for illustrations that seamlessly combine humans or creatures with fauna and flora in a completely illogical yet undeniably fun way. Things that make you say 'that really shouldn't work but it does' and then leave you slightly confused. I love it when art confuses me. Sometimes it makes you feel stupid but other times it's nice to not actually have a clue as to what's going on.

Auf Wiedersehen

Auf Wiedersehen aka Jacqueline Smith is a Melbourne-based artist currently studying at Victoria University. Her work explores the idea that we are all the product of our surroundings. She displays this thought-evoking topic in a rather sweet way, loads of mountains and forests and someone quite literally with their head in the clouds.

Olivia Mew is the lady behind Stay Home Club, a line of illustrated goods and apparel. This Canadian artist has a great portfolio of cute, funny and slightly odd pieces. I'm especially loving her fixation with kitties.

In other news, this morning I went in for a small op on my foot so I'm bed-bound for the next day or so. I'm not too phased though, let's see how many blog posts I can churn out and just how many episodes of Mad Men one really can watch in a day!

Oana

I want to live in a world full of Oana Befort's wonderful creations. This Romanian illustrator and graphic designer is the epitome of stylishly feminine design. The little details in all her drawings make them just exquisite. I've never seen someone draw poppies quite as prettily as she does. Basically, I want to be her.

She sells her illustrations on Etsy and Society6 and I'm feeling seriously tempted right now (hello anemone scarf).

Whooli Chen
