Illusory is probably one of my favourite photography projects I've seen in a while.
Mariam Sitchinava and another photographer share a roll of film without divulging the contents of each shot with one another. I think it's the unpredictable nature of the project that makes it that bit more intriguing. You never know what you're gonna get (ahem
case in point), you only know the full content of the images once they've been developed.
So far Sitchinava has collaborated with
Annette Pehrsson,
Hana Haley and
Genevieve Bjargardottir.
