French-Canadian photographer, Laurence Philemone, took a trip to Havana, Cuba with her photojournalism class in January. Focusing mainly on interiors and empty spaces her photos maintain a gritty, run-down feel to them but are not in the slghtest way off-putting which in itself is quite a feat.
I've always been interested in Cuba and it's history and these photos give a slightly different perspective of the city than we're used to which in turn just makes me want to travel there even more.
