Easter Eggs

I just found the sweetest Easter egg recipe with a twist. If you're like me and are not too much of a fan of the marshmallow eggs (give me a giant chocolate bunny any day) then this one should be right up your alley. Steph of Raspberri Cupcakes came up with the ingenious idea of replacing the marshmallow filling with cheesecake. Possibly the best thing I've ever heard!
