A lucky girl

Something absolutely wonderful arrived in the mail just the other day. Something that made me squeal like a little girl.

The girls I shall forever be in debt to are Jo & Laura of Sparkapolooza. They sent me this copy of Spaces by Frankie Magazine after I had the lucky comment on their blog in a giveaway.

I have yet to read the book cover to cover. I'm taking it slowly, making sure I don't rush things as I'm not quite sure what I'm going to do once it ends. I just want to say thank you, thank you, thank you to Jo & Laura for such a wonderful gift and the sweet little postcard they sent with it complete with a list of Aussie things I'd adore.

In other news my photography has been featured over on a South African site, Tjill, accompanied by a little interview. I hope I don't sound too silly although I doubt many of my international readers will understand it since it's in Afrikaans.

Enjoy the rest of your day all, I'm off to have supper and then later on rest in front of the tv with a chocolate brownie and a cup of tea. The perfect end to a day I think.

  5. You are so lucky I love Frankie Magazine but it is so hard to find in Canada. This book looks beautiful! I am so happy I found your inspiring and pretty blog and that fact that you are in Cape Town is so wonderful! My desktop right now is a photo of the bay in Cape Town and my boyfriend and I are planning a trip there this year :)
