I have this scientific theory that South African's are the friendliest and most creative people in the world. Case in point is Natalie Creed's label, eponymous. It's only two months old. Shot by another South African, Amy Scheepers, this Port Elizabeth based designer makes me super proud of my country.

Sometimes you find out about things just a little bit too late. Cat's Let nothing darken their roar is definitely one of these things. Every year only 700 of these magnificent calendars get printed and this year they were all sold before the first week of January came to a close. I definitely need to find a list to put my name on to ensure I get a copy for 2013!







I'm super happy it's Friday! This week has been pretty stressful and even though I have a pile of homework I need to get done I'm still heading out for some fun tonight & maybe some charity store shopping tomorrow morning. What all are you up to this weekend?

Rust's revamped showroom for their male attire that is. It's a floor above where they keep all their stuff for the ladies and based in Tokyo. The more white walls the better!

I think I have found photo gold. Or the labyrinth of the inernet where they store every photo could you possibly love. Either way, 21 vines has me all jealous of their photo collection.







This afternoon I had an audition for my school's Cabaret. I think it went well (even if I was a bit of a nervous wreck). Now comes the part where we sit and wait to hear the verdict. Eek!

Rockie Nolan was one of the unfortunates (as I like to call them) who I fell in love with in 2009. My stalking slowly decreased over time but the other day I found myself back at her website and wondering why oh why did I ever stop my weekly visits?!

I can't cook to save my life (unless you count good old two minute noodles) and I always thought the reason was pure laziness and procrastination but now I've come to the realization that all I need is a kitchen as pretty as this and I am sure to turn into a gourmet chef. Voila!

I've been following The Vamoose for at least a year now and absolutely adore her jewelry & the way Eefje captured & presented it is exactly the way I imagine it in my head. The aesthetic of the shoot is perfect.
