The days are getting longer, I don't freeze completely when I walk to school in the mornings, I ate ice cream yesterday and I've removed one of the many blankets from my bed.

This could only mean one thing; Winter is ending, Spring is arriving and we're creeping closer and closer to Summer.

I really want some beauties like those on my feet.

There however are two problems; I cannot remember the last time I went shopping in a mall not a thrift store and charity stores very rarely get pretty shoes in my size. My feet are a little bit on the big size & the dear old ladies donating there goods to the second hand stores very seldom have feet as big as mine. Boohooo. I shall not give up though. One day I will find a pretty pair of shoes and fall head-over-heels (I had to :D) in love.

I've been doing quite a bit of gardening lately.





Planting pansies, primula, daisies & anything really I could get my hands on.





One day I'll have a garden fill to the brim with pretty flowers of all different colours!

The Boat that Rocked

Aka Pirate Radio












One of the best movies I've seen in a while. The clothes are fantastic! The 60s over the top hair and bright colours are incredible. I love the truth behind the movie, 60s radio in Europe was dominated by the government and radio stations were not a major priority. The Pirate Radios were sponsored by advertisers (unlike the national radio stations) and broadcast from just outside there countries sea border.

The best part of the movie though HAS to be the MUSIC. Ohmifreakinggosh. Why do we even listen to any music other than 60s music? The other day I found a record player underneath a desk at home. I'm gonna dig it out later and see what happens, hopefully I'll be able to listen to some good music tonight (:
